Job Description

  • Responsible to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages & etc.)
  • Assist colleagues from department Account, HR and others whenever necessary.
  • Provide front desk reception duties for the office.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Job Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM or diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willing to learn and Good attitude.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa. Chinese would be added advantageous.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office. Other skills would be added advantageous, please state on your resume/CV.

Working Hour

9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday) 

Salary

RM 1,500 – RM 2,200
