1. Only one side of the invitation card can be engraved.
2. Please send the text carefully to avoid any mistakes as there are no design drafts are provided.
3. For own design, preferable provide the artwork vector file in AI or CorelDRAW format.
4. We are using engraving techniques and natural wood may feature differences in texture, knots & color. Engraving will reveal the inner wood layer, so there may be an uneven tone for the engraving parts as trees are completely unique.

If you are uploading a photo for the design, kindly refer to the guidelines below for the best engraving result (ps: All portrait photos provided are converted by software to transform it into a sketch effect so that it must be slightly different from the original image. As we do not provide a draft for preview before engraving, if you are worried about the outcome of your product, you can provide us the converted photo in sketch or cartoon version for engraving)
